These Terms govern your use of the MeByte website and services ("Service"), provided by Kissies Digitech Company Limited trading as MeByte ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. Individuals must be of legal age.
1. The Service
MeByte provides AI-assisted tools for brand analysis, social media content generation, and advertising campaign planning and execution. Features may change as we improve the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You will not:
- use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- upload malware, probe, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- generate content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise prohibited by our AI policies;
- reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.
4. AI-generated content
You are responsible for your prompts, inputs, and how you use outputs, including verifying accuracy and holding all necessary rights to input content. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice. We may remove or filter outputs and suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations. Rights holders may submit takedown requests to support@mebyte.ai.
5. Intellectual property
MeByte retains all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan. As between you and us, you retain rights in the content you input, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed by MeByte (operated by Kissies Digitech Company Limited) and processed through Stripe. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe under Stripe's payment terms. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Service level
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow such limitation.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MeByte's place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those competent courts.
